EV Charging Building Assessment

We visit your building and assess electrical capacity, parking layout, legal obligations and commercial options. You receive a Building EV Strategy Paper — covering technical feasibility, the Benefit Principle, cost allocation and a clear recommendation. Everything your OC needs to understand the opportunity and make an informed decision.

Getting to YES

Getting an OC to agree on EV charging can be a long road — competing interests, funding questions, governance concerns. We have been through it many times. Getting to YES provides the communications, documentation and committee support to bring your owners along — at whatever pace your building needs. We are with you through every committee meeting, every objection, and every revision until your OC reaches a decision.

Project Implementation

Once your OC approves, we manage everything — RFQ development, contractor tendering, contract administration, compliance documentation and 12-month post-installation support. A clean, documented installation that protects the building and every resident in it.

Every building is different

Some buildings complete all stages within a few months. Others take the Strategy Paper and pause while the OC builds consensus — sometimes for a year or more. That is completely normal. When your building is ready to move forward, we are here.
